After purchasing the "For another person" eCard, we send the gift code together with the attached message by e-mail on the date selected during the purchase, but not sooner than after the payment is credited.  

Please do not forget to enter a personal message for the recipient. These can be, for example, wishes, congratulations, etc., preferably with a signature, so that you know who the gift is from.

In the "For me" purchase option, we do not offer the choice of the date of delivery of the eCard. The implementation takes place by e-mail immediately after the payment is credited. You can of course send the purchased "For Me" eGift Card later to a loved one at any time on your own.

How do I use a gift code?

You don't need to register or login. However, with logging in, the whole process will be much faster.

Choose any product or products and add to cart. Click on "View Cart", then "Order". Enter all "Shipping Information" and select "Delivery Method". Click "Next" each time. Then go to "Payment". Under the "Payment" text, select the "Redeem gift card" option, enter the gift code underneath and click "Apply" next to it on the right. Immediately after clicking on "Apply", the amount to be paid for the products on the right in the shopping cart will be reduced by the value of the eGift Card. Then just select the convenient "Payments" option, follow the instructions on the shopping page and  finished! Gift card redeemed!

Now all you have to do is wait at home for the fulfillment of the order by Virgo UK Food Supplements.
